Overall is good.

-Staff is friendly & helpful. -Location is good with the spring mall & parkcity mall walking distance. -Provided swimming pool, gym & ample space car parking area (without with event)

-Cannot enjoy the welcome drink as Hotel cafe closed early than business hours.

Great value and pool. Excellent location.

The pool was great. Love the depth and size of the pool. The air con is nice and cool. Lots of Toiletries and other amenities are provided.

The shower over the bath leaks water onto the floor. The floor became flooded. However, the water cleared quickly enough. The thermostat in the room doesn't seem to work. I had to turn the aircon off as I felt freezing.

Wonderful

The sea view is so nice especially during sunset. The hotel is also being in the city center, with easy access to nearby shopping mall, and restaurant.

The room size is quite small even though it is at the executive level. The working desk occupied the window, blocking my way to go really near to the window to enjoy the view.

If you are late in preparing the room please give discount.

Comfortable room with a beautiful view. Swimming pool suitable for families with children.

Arrived at 2 pm, but had to wait over an hour because the room was not ready. No information from the staff until I asked again apparently it was already available. Then I was given a notice to checkout before 12 pm the next day, while I was late to be given a room. There is no discount. The staff is unprofessional and not worth the stars given.

Breakfast so good. I suggest breakfast menu need to be variety alternate days to avoid same menu every morning. Overall we love to stay n spend time with my small family here. Staff all kind especially frontliner.

Location was great and nearby to spring mall

Having dinner on the arrival day. The waitress is so friendly and very courteous. We did try the nasi padang and its really nice.

Upon entering hotel lobby:- - 3 bellboys grouping and talking without opening the door or greeting the guest Reception - The receptiionist do not talk much. I have to greet and inform on my booking. She just ask for my payment and inform the room number. Not friendly at all as if i own her money. The executive lounge excess is not being inform. Room - Room assign "so call executive floor" is not that clean enough as you can see the left over tidbits on the corner. - The hose is leaking very badly and that makes the toilet so wet. Checking out - Upon checking out its the same receptionist that serve me during my check in. She just hand over my bill and not even a thank you until i told her thanks you see you again. She just smile in a weird way. - Im a hotelier too and when i come to Bintulu i really like to stay at Parkcity Everly Hotel as my 1st choice. Hotelier should be more friendly and show good hospitality.

Location was very good which is near the shopping mall (The Spring).

The room I been stating, the bathroom door need repair as the door hinge look like aging (shrieking sound & hard to close).

I believed that my initial booking was a room with a king...

I believed that my initial booking was a room with a king size bed since I was alone but instead I got a room with a double bed. So, it's kinda a turn off. It's okay. Maybe it is due to room availability. The toilet seat needs to be replace anyway, a bit shaky and dirty look. The shower needs to be fix too as it is hard to control the water from pouring out of the tub. The bathroom floor became wet regardless how low the water pressure is. Other than that, service was okay. The front office assistants are reliable as I did requested for early check in and late check out. It was a satisfactory stay. I didn't try the breakfast though because I was out with my friends.

There are no big different between staying at Executive room...

There are no big different between staying at Executive room or not. Please save your money for others. And during stay found out my room have no hot water at tap. Request to check and change room require 2 hours. No apology recieve and no staff assist to help with trolley for the bag.

Decent bar, but not that lively. would be good if you have happy hour promotion and with more choices for beer on tap.

The location is great. The overall ambient of the hotel is also great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom water pressure is also good. The staff is friendly. Always smile. When you see their smile you also feel happy.

Basic but comfortable

Love the room. Love the walkking path. Like the gym and kids enjoy the swimming pool.

Lift maintenance only single lift so a bit inconvenience. The restaurant was closed early in afternoon so had to sit upstairs.

Location is good.

Location is good. Near shopping centre.

Room is musty. Pay for executive room but cannot use the executive lounge facilities as we have to pay additional for the facilities. This is not mentioned during booking.

Room clean.. Pool nice.

Excellent services. Nice and strategic location. Room was nice. Just that please provide water hose for the toilet room instead of toilet paper. Swimming pool would be nice if more relaxing chair provided..
